The Kunisaki has a gorgeous aromatic sweetness balanced with a wonderful acidity on the finish. On the nose, it has notes of subtle notes of yoghurt, banana and cooked rice. This medium bodied sake full of umami and subtle spices plays exceptionally well with sweet and sour food combinations. The sake sings with sukiyaki, eel kabayaki, and sweet and sour pork.
