Awa Awa & Sake Central x Kumejima No Kumesen Ume Ume Umeshu

Umeshu is normally made with sake or shochu, Japanese rock sugar and ume. The resulting liquid is often fined and filtered to make a transparent umeshu.

Selected exclusively for AWA AWA, this umeshu is made with Okinawa black sugar, Awamori, and fresh ume for a period of time until the ume basically melts into the umeshu!

Sweet, sour and full of umami, AWA AWA UME UME is great for drinking on the rocks, with soda as a highball or in your favourite cocktail!
