Kinmon X3 Chardonnay Cask Yellow Koji

This sake boasts a medium-sweet profile harmoniously balanced by its high acidity.

With an incredibly rich flavor profile, it offers a full-bodied experience with intense flavors, but lightly less acidity and aromatics than its black koji counterpart. 

Expect notes of molasses, honey, dried and candied fruits, coffee, chocolate, spice, and nuts within this sake. Extremely versatile - excellent as a complement to various dishes and as a delightful choice for sipping, whether neat or over ice.
