Crafted from locally cultivated Hattan Nishiki rice, this sake exhibits a light body, low alcohol, delicate rice umami and a well-defined backbone of acidity.

It's an excellent companion for lighter dishes. Furthermore, its versatility shines when paired with spicy foods; the lower alcohol content prevents amplification of heat, while the rice profile complements various styles of spiciness.
